1. The experience of many years in IT Management of our
operation staff guarantees the quality of the criteria, by
which we engage permanent staff. For the selection of freelancers
we take equal care and apply also high standards.
2. All freelance IT experts are selected by employees of K&S
Systemhaus after a personal interview and on the basis of
a standardized procedure according to criteria of the technical
and social suitability.
3. All freelancers have signed a legal customer protection
clause.
4. From each employee a detailed and current Skill profile
is available (also references can be named on demand).
5. Both employees and freelancers of K&S Systemhaus
are in principle contractually committed to treat the delivered
achievements as well as all information, business operations
and documents, which were confided to them in connection
with the completion of the order, confidentially and to protect
these against third parties. This obligation remains existent
after conclusion of the order.
